Leadership Tulsa's mission is to identify, develop and connect diverse leaders who impact the community through service. For fifty years, Leadership Tulsa has been providing adult and youth leadership development programs that build leadership skills, provide connections for community involvement, and build individuals' knowledge of our city, its history, and current challenges. In addition to our traditional Leadership Tulsa program (LT360), we provide multiple cohort-based Leadership Programs to meet the needs of today's leaders, including Thrive Tulsa, Hispanic Leadership Institute, New Voices, and LT Represent.
