In today’s fast-paced ever-changing world, organizations no longer have a choice about embracing the new world’s way of working. Adopting Agile practices is no longer just about technology and software development…we are now operating in a modern age of Business Agility, one that embraces all areas of an organizations structure. Having spent many of the last 20 years working in Agile ways of working from Lean practices to scaling organizational agility, Parker has become a thought leader within the global Agile community focusing on 2 of his passions: people & products.
Currently serving as the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Cornerstone Agility Inc., he supports clients as an Executive & Agile Coach while also supporting his organization as the head of People & Culture. In addition to serving clients in various supporting roles, he has consistently been ranked in the top 1% of global instructors supporting the Scaled Agile Framework. An avid traveler, he loves spending time at home with friends & family, enjoying live music, and enjoys burning things on the grill when the weather is nice in Tulsa, Ok where he currently resides.
