Our client is a dynamic organization dedicated to lifestyle living for seniors. They are currently undergoing a transition from Paylocity to UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) for their payroll system. To facilitate this change smoothly, we are seeking an HR Generalist to join their HR team.

Position Overview: As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the transition from Paylocity to UKG. You will be responsible for accurately entering all new hire information into both systems during the transition period. This role reports directly to the HR Manager and works closely with our HR team to ensure payroll operations continue seamlessly. This role will also recruit and onboard new hires.

Detailed Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dual System Maintenance: Enter new hire data into both Paylocity and UKG payroll systems until the transition is complete.
  • Recruitment: proactively recruit for all open positions.
  • Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee information, including personal details, payroll data, and other relevant information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members to gather necessary information for payroll processing and troubleshooting any issues related to dual system maintenance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all payroll entries comply with company policies, as well as federal and state regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payroll transactions and employee information.
  • Communication: Assist in communicating payroll changes and updates to relevant stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Recruiting for a variety of positions, both full and part time.
  • Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a similar transition or dual-system environment.
  • Proficiency in both Paylocity and UKG (UltiPro) systems highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive employee information.

The position is Full Time (M-F 8-5)
