The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the HR department with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of employee records, HR policies, benefits administration, and compliance. Detailed Description:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits details. Ensure data integrity in HR systems, updating employee information as needed.
- Completes Payroll biweekly and ensures all employee maintenance completed before each payroll (New Hires, Terms, 401K changes, etc.).
- Perform benefit administration to include ensuring all benefits changes are complete, auditing benefits reports for accuracy, and open enrollment completion.
- Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and non-exempt workers; work with supervisors to screen and interview candidates; conduct reference checks; Ensures all onboarding completed.
- Create new and rewrite existing job descriptions as necessary and monitor the performance evaluation program.
- Maintain affirmative action program including records, reports and logs; file EEO-1 form annually.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment and benefit laws.
- Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in HR Administrative support roles including experience with payroll.
- Experience with ADP a plus.
