Detailed Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems and provide coaching and support to managers.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures, manage benefits programs, and ensure competitive and fair employee packages.
- Compliance: Ensure TEAM complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to promote a productive and inclusive workplace.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to foster employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
- HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- HR Information System (HRIS): Ensure data accuracy and system efficiency, create and maintain HR-specific reports, provide payroll support, and troubleshoot system issues.

Qualifications/Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management or another related field
- + 5 years’ experience in HR
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Computer Skills:
- High level of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs – ability to edit and create, scanning)
- Soft Skills Required:
- Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Empathy: Understanding and relating to employees’ emotions and perspectives helps build trust and rapport, which is essential for resolving issues and maintaining a positive work environment.

- You must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting in Tulsa.
- Travel 10%.
