Detailed Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Recruitment Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees.
  2. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  3. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems and provide coaching and support to managers.
  4. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  5. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures, manage benefits programs, and ensure competitive and fair employee packages.
  6. Compliance: Ensure TEAM complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  7. HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to promote a productive and inclusive workplace.
  8. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to foster employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
  9. HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  10. HR Information System (HRIS): Ensure data accuracy and system efficiency, create and maintain HR-specific reports, provide payroll support, and troubleshoot system issues.

Qualifications/Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

  • Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management or another related field 
    • + 5 years’ experience in HR 
    • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
  • Computer Skills:
    • High level of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs – ability to edit and create, scanning)
  • Soft Skills Required:
    • Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
    • Empathy: Understanding and relating to employees’ emotions and perspectives helps build trust and rapport, which is essential for resolving issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
    • Conflict Resolution: Skilled at mediating and resolving disputes and effectively handle conflicts in a fair and consistent manner to maintain harmony in the workplace.
    • Adaptability: The ability to adjust to changing circumstances and new challenges is vital in the dynamic field of human resources.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Leadership: Leading by example, inspiring others, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Work Environment:

    • Demonstrate reliability supporting TEAM attendance standards as attendance and punctuality are key to the success for all. 
    • Utilization of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, various software platforms, and other technology.
    • You must be able to sit for long periods of time.
    • This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting in Tulsa. 
    • Travel 10%.
