If you do not have your top 5 strengths, we will provide an assessment code for the Gallup Strengths Assessment prior to the lab. Please have your Gallup Insight report available while attending this lab. If you have already taken the Gallup Strengths Assessment and have your top 5 strengths, you do not need to take the assessment again, but please have report available at the lab.
Dina Fox Bio - I am a strength-based leadership coach by training that uses a holistic approach to coaching. I support individuals in all stages of their career growth and development. I believe everyone is on a different path and it’s my job to create a coaching experience that blends both the social and emotional journey along with science-based fundamentals for successful outcomes.
I am a graduate of Oklahoma State University with my master’s in Human Development and Family Sciences. For the past twenty years, I have built my career with non-profit organizations. Most recently, I managed staff development and learning at CAP Tulsa and formerly held the position of Executive Director for the YMCA of Greater Tulsa. I am a member of the National Speakers Association, Association for Talent Development (Tulsa Chapter), National Wellness Institute and the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association.
