ACA reporting gets most of the attention from employers when it comes to reporting requirements for benefit plans. This is far from the only reporting requirement, and it's important for employers to understand what needs to be done and when.

Cory Jorbin is the Chief Compliance Officer for the West Region Employee Benefits team. Cory consults with employers of all sizes to design, implement and ensure the compliance of employee benefit plans with the Affordable Care Act, ERISA, Internal Revenue Code, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA and related matters. He actively presents nationwide on related topics before employer groups and professional associations. Cory uses his experience to assist clients with employee benefits issues that arise in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Cory enjoys finding creative and practical solutions to problems created by complex laws and regulations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University and a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University. Cory is a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois and is admitted to practice before the US Tax Court.
