ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Support the coordination of training programs, workshops, and events.
- Conduct training sessions for various employee groups.
- Assist in assessing training needs and identifying skill gaps.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior Learning Development Specialists and subject matter experts.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (preferred).
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of training-related experience preferred.
- Casino experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new training methods and technologies.
