Detailed Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Support the coordination of training programs, workshops, and events.
  • Conduct training sessions for various employee groups.
  • Assist in assessing training needs and identifying skill gaps.
  • Maintain training records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior Learning Development Specialists and subject matter experts.
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (preferred).

EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years of training-related experience preferred.
  • Casino experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new training methods and technologies.
