Whether it’s Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs or Gallup’s Q12 – we know employees want more than just a paycheck. The term “Human Experience” is a hot HR phrase but what does that look like in companies in northeastern Oklahoma? What role do HR departments play? What role do you play?
