TAHRA Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your support of TAHRA. Sponsors are very important to TAHRA's success! Revenue from the various sponsorship venues helps our organization develop and present meaningful programs, create opportunities for continuing education and strong peer interaction, and help us to enhance our overall contribution to the Human Resource profession.

Platinum Program Meeting Package

$750 Package Includes:

  1. Exclusive sponsor for monthly Program Meeting
  2. Display table at registration area
  3. Banner, brochures and give-aways are acceptable
  4. Three (3) minute organizational presentation
  5. Company name & logo in e-newsletter monthly program announcement 
  6. Company informational packets at each place setting
  7. Door prizes acceptable to be presented at end of meeting
  8. Newsletter exposure on Linkedin and Facebook
  9. Food & beverage for six (6) (up to $240 value)
  10. Added to Vendor Directory (up to $99 value)
  11. TAHRA Membership for 1 person for 2024 ($100 value)
 

Gold Program Meeting Package

$500 Package includes:

  1. Exclusive sponsor for monthly Program Meeting
  2. Display table at the registration area
  3. Banner, brochures, and giveaways are acceptable
  4. Three (3) minute organizational presentation
  5. Company name and logo included in the e-newsletter monthly program announcement
  6. Company informational packets at each place setting
  7. Door prizes acceptable & will be presented at end of meeting
  8. Food & beverage for three (3) (up to $120 value)
 

Newsletter

$300

  1. Logo and/or ad linked to your webpage in monthly newsletter
  2. Ad due by 25th of the month prior to distribution
  3. Newsletter distributed to over 400 TAHRA members with an average 50% open rate
  4. Newsletter electronically distributed the first week of each month, except June and July, when there is no newsletter
 

Community Directory

$99 or FREE for nonprofits

  1. Company name, logo, brief summary, contact info
  2. Ad rotating for 12 months at bottom of TAHRA homepage
