Detailed Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Actively manage client relationships with a proactive approach to minimize issues while resolving any concerns promptly. Develop and implement service strategy plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- HR Technology Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Thrive's HR solutions, including applicant tracking, onboarding, payroll, time and attendance, and employee engagement technologies. Provide training and guidance to clients on effective utilization of these tools.
- Policy and Compliance Support: Interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures to clients. Advise on compliance with local, state, and federal laws and ensure client policies meet legal requirements. Review and recommend updates to client job descriptions, handbooks, leave of absence policies, and other HR-related documents.
- Employee Relations and Performance Management: Manage client issues related to employee relations, including leaves of absence, workers' compensation, employee benefits, and disability accommodations. Provide consultative support to minimize liability risks and resolve issues efficiently.
- Training and Development: Deliver customized training seminars based on clients needs analysis, focusing on HR best practices and compliance. Assist clients in implementing programs to enhance productivity, communication, and overall performance management.
- Strategic Advisory Role: Act as a strategic advisor, using HR expertise to align Thrives services with the clients business goals. Provide guidance on workforce trends, talent management strategies, and organizational development initiatives.
- Consultation and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex HR situations and collaborate with internal teams to find the best solutions. Offer proactive HR guidance, foster strong partnerships with stakeholders, and facilitate solutions that positively impact client businesses.
- HR Compliance and Liability Management: Guide clients on minimizing liability risks by advising on HR-related legal requirements, government reporting regulations, and liability management. Recommend and facilitate necessary training and compliance programs.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience required.
- PEO experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence and guide clients in making strategic HR decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
