The Tulsa Area Human Resources Association Board of Directors is in the process of revising our bylaws. According to the current bylaws, amendments must be approved by two-thirds affirmative vote of those members returning a ballot. A survey has been sent to Professional Members for voting.
Most of the changes are fairly minor, some of the more significant changes include term limits and attendance requirements for board members, designation of our fiscal year and chapter dissolution requirements. The entire list of changes, as well as the full proposed bylaws signed by SHRM representative are above.
The survey will be active for 14 days. We encourage each of you to take a couple of minutes to examine these changes and cast your vote.
