Detailed Description:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback to both clients and candidates, and negotiate job offers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in direct hire.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Familiarity with the industries being staffed, such as healthcare and office/professional is preferred.
