We are currently seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join our team in Tulsa, OK! As the Human Resource Coordinator, you will support the HR department in various administrative and clerical tasks. This role involves assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, providing support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Detailed Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, phone screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide support to employees with day to day HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including new hire paperwork and processes, and pre-employment testing.
  • Assist with file and document management regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.

Qualifications/Requirements

What You Will Bring:

  • A broad knowledge of HR business pillars, including their best practices is required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • This job is office based but requires up to 10% travel. Must maintain a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Relevant, directly applicable experience can be considered instead of a degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR or employee-focused, administrative role is required.
